Today was a good day.
But, I lost most of my work I did today due to a lack of autosave of an online photo program (Shutterfly) before it logs you out after about five minutes of activity. Maybe ten. No joke. Yes, I sent customer service a little memo.
This afternoon I took Red roller blading. We had a great hour together. I towed him the last leg…I’ll be sore tomorrow.
Finally got my serve today playing tennis a bit with Boy Wonder. Whew. I was getting ribbed to no end.
The Hub took me out to eat for supper tonight, knowing I had a late meeting. Awesomely thoughtful.
Meeting: a meeting. Numbers, codes, legalese. Hopefully worth it. Who knows?
Came home, cleaned the pool, hopefully for the last time. I’m tired of brushing green stuff.
Right now: doing laundry, dreaming of sugar.
Hoping to finish reading Diary of a Wimpy Kid. Laugh out loud funny. My son read it. See the cool, handwritten, narrative-comic-strip cartooning combination: http://www.funbrain.com/journal/Journal.html. Only thing is…I think sometimes telling kids about stereotypes for their age group can make them feel they are supposed to behave a certain way or they are weird. And he’s such a cool, well-adjusted kid. I hope he hangs onto that. Some kids start thinking if it’s too cool to not breathe, they’ll just stop breathing. I pray for him to stay cool.
